We do not access SMS, Call Log, microphone, or any COVID-19 tracing APIs.

- Account creation & authentication (email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple).
- Content display on your Pixel Paper digital photo frame.
- Processing payments for in-app purchases via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- User support and essential service emails.
We do not serve ads, perform interest-based advertising, or conduct profiling.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following providers strictly to deliver core functionality:
- Google Sign-In – optional authentication method. Google receives the minimal data required to verify your identity.
- Sign in with Apple – optional authentication method for Apple users.
- Apple (App Store) & Google (Play Store) – for processing in-app purchases. All payment data is handled securely by the respective platform's payment gateway. We receive only confirmation of your purchase, not your personal financial information.
- RevenueCat – to manage purchase and subscription status across platforms.
No other analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are used.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You may, at any time:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and associated content directly within the App.
- Withdraw consent to any processing that relied on it.
You can exercise these rights through the Account settings in the App or by emailing us at [email protected] with your request. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel under least-privilege principles.
7. Data Retention
We retain user account data and uploaded content until you request deletion. Transaction metadata is kept as required by tax and accounting laws.
8. Children’s Privacy
Pixel Paper is designed for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. Parents who believe their child has provided us data may contact us to delete it.
